From start to finish our technology and processes are designed to deliver superior quality. Our CNC indexing slotting equipment ensures slots are cut to exact specification both for widths and lengths as well as placed on tubulars radially and axially for a perfect pattern. Liners are cleaned and deburred thoroughly with our high pressure wash and deburring units leaving slots wicker and burr free. Finally our patented precision longitudinal seaming systems have the ability to individually seam every slot, measure the widths and when necessary perform correction passes to ensure 100% of finished OD slot widths are in specification. All finished slot widths are then measured by the seaming system optic cameras and QA/QC reports on a per slot, per joint basis are available for every project.
