G&L Slotco Oilfield Services Ltd. Is committed to the protection of life, property, and the environment in all that it seeks to achieve as an active provider of services to the energy sector. Accordingly, our goal is to ensure the health and safety of our employees and all others involved or affected by our operations.

For its part, G&L Slotco will be responsible for seeking all reasonable means to provide a safe work environment by employing personnel with the skills, training, and equipment required to complete their jobs in a safe manner, as well as using practices and procedures which meet or exceed regulatory or recognized industry standards. As well, G&L Slotco will encourage the active involvement and support of its employees in promoting and carrying out an effective safety program. G&L Slotco management and supervisory personnel will have direct responsibility for ensuring that these objectives are met.

G&L Slotco expects that employees be involved in its operations, and will assume responsibility for performing every job in a manner which safeguards themselves and their fellow workers. Employees are to ensure that they are adequately prepared, follow proper practices and procedures, exercise sound judgement and common sense to accomplish this goal. Equally important is the responsibility to identify and report unsafe working conditions or inadequately trained or equipped personnel to G&L Slotco’s safety supervisor or management immediately. They will never be required to sacrifice the safety or well-being of personnel for expediency or any other reason while at a work site.

We encourage employees to offer their suggestions on how G&L Slotco can improve its safety program and procedures. With everyone’s cooperation and commitment to safety, we can all prevent accidents and injuries for the benefit of all personnel, their fellow workers, and their families.
