Wire Wrapped Screens
Terminator II
WIRE WRAPPED SCREENS
Specifically "ALL-WELDED" means:
Strength:
The All Welded screen combines high strength and superior corrosion resistance for an unsurpassed
durability. The stainless steel wrapping wire is firmly welded to every rib wire. It is designed not to shift or unwind if damaged downhole.
Large Inlet Area:
ALL-WELDED screen has a much larger inlet area than conventional wire wrapped screens. No solder strips, weld beads or lugs to block flow. Larger inlet area gives higher production with lower entrance velocity.
Easy Fishing:
The ALL-WELDED construction prevents the wrapping wire from unwinding when a fishing job is performed. Saves time and money.
Permanent Gauge Opening:
Gauge spacing of the ALL-WELDED screen is permanent. Your specified gauge tolerances are maintained downhole under roughest handling. Welding's the answer.
All Welded Pipe Base Screen:
Unsurpassed in Design, Construction, Performance
- Keeps loose sand out of wellbore.
- Affords maximum inlet areas and lowest resistance to pumping.
- Made for maximum strength in setting or withdrawal.
- Special alloys available for special well conditions.
TERMINATOR II
Features:
- the latest addition of advanced Sand Control Technology in the G&L Slotco line of products.
- utilizes the benefits of Hi-Tech Sintered metal membrane technology in combination with the tried and proven durable wire wrapped screen. With the addition of the protective perforated jacket, the Terminator II is the answer for your screen requirements in horizontal applications.
- has been engineered to provide increased flow area from the inside out to allow a decrease in the pressure drop through the filter assembly, unlike any other multi-layered screen devices.
- is manufactured with 304SS, and standard oilfield tubulars, and can be custom manufactured for every wellbore application.
